Our story

A village shaped
by a living dream.

Dream Village grew from a simple belief: communities already carry knowledge, creativity and strength. The work is to create space for these to grow.

Rooted in Dambai

Land, learning
and belonging.

Dream Village is a community development initiative and regenerative learning hub in Dambai, Ghana. We work across sustainable agriculture, education, environmental restoration, entrepreneurship, hospitality and local culture.

Our earlier work in Zongo Macheri helped shape the approach. Today, Dambai is the main living campus: a place where children learn, farmers experiment, visitors slow down and local enterprises take root.

The Dambai hub currently has 12 acres officially registered, while a further 12 acres are in process through a commitment by the chiefs. Within the working landscape are a 4-acre syntropic demonstration farm, an approximately 5,000-capacity nursery, eight completed huts, shared washrooms, a pavilion, farmhouse, solar and grid power, a mechanised borehole and irrigation supplied from the Oti River.

01

Teaming with life

We work with natural systems, local knowledge and the relationships that hold a community together.

02

Learning by doing

Real confidence grows through practice—planting, making, testing, speaking, cooking and solving problems together.

03

Community-rooted participation

Dream Village grows through local relationships, shared responsibility and opportunities designed to remain useful within the community.

“A place where traditional knowledge sits beside new ideas, and every visit helps something local grow.”
