Projects and places

Work rooted
in real ground.

From Dambai to Zongo Macheri, northern water systems and school communities, our work grows through long relationships and practical action.

Connected work

Different places.
One approach.

Each project responds to its own community and landscape. The common thread is practical regeneration: strengthen local capacity, work with natural systems and build something people can continue using.

01 · Dambai · Oti Region

Dream Village Regenerative Hub

The main living campus brings together regenerative gardens, a tree nursery, traditional accommodation, DreamBites, Dream Time, practical training and visitor experiences.

  • 12 acres registered; a further 12 acres in process
  • 4-acre syntropic demonstration farm
  • Eight visitor huts and an approximately 5,000-capacity nursery
02 · Zongo Macheri · Krachi Nchumuru

Syntropic Agroforestry Pilot

A long-term landscape restoration and farmer-learning project shaped by tree planting, replacement, bushfire recovery and patient work with the land. The 100-acre pilot sits within wider community-owned former state-farm lands; Dream Village does not claim ownership of those wider lands.

  • 100-acre pilot in two 50-acre blocks
  • Separate 32-acre infrastructure site
  • 3,560 replacement trees planted in 2023
03 · Nantong Zuo · Northern Ghana

Community Water Project

Safe-water infrastructure developed with the community and funding support from the Grundfos Foundation–PDJF.

  • 8 borehole points sited; 3 drilled and 2 mechanised
  • About 2,000 litres produced per day
  • Approximately 1,200 residents served
04 · Oti River Basin

Farmer Irrigation Pilot

A solar irrigation and farmer-support model for small plots along the Oti, with women-led participation, field visits and gradual equipment repayment.

  • 10 pilot farmers
  • 1–2 acres per farmer
  • Solar drip systems
05 · Twifo Praso and surrounding communities

School Furniture and Learning Spaces

A partnership project producing and delivering dual desks, doors and partition walls for schools in cocoa-growing communities.

  • 250 dual desks
